  • We are a leasing and marketing agency, whom work directly with apartment developers to market their apartments and communities, with the goal of bringing them qualified and amazing residents.

  • Our agents will learn your needs, your wants and the things you can’t live without. You then will receive a comprehensive list of rentals that check all of your boxes. Once you’ve asked all of your questions, it’s tour time! May it be virtual or in-person, we will show you around and address all of your questions. Once you’ve decided, we will initiate the leasing process and help you until the success of move day.

  • We offer two different types of services. Apartment Concierge which means you are needing to lease an apartment for 12+ months. The apartment developer pays us to bring you! The other service we offer is Pied-à-terre Concierge aka, Pied-à-terre la conciergerie. Meaning you are seeking a luxury short-term residence from 1-10 months. If this service is right for you.
